Our new Salsa impervious velvet quality sits under Skopos’ ‘ProtectPlus’ banner, offering all the key attributes of an impervious Crib 5 upholstery velvet, with an antimicrobial, soil and stain resist finish. With some colourways already produced in the Eco quality (100% recycled) the collection will eventually become known as Salsa Eco over time.’

The Global Recycled Standard is displayed on products with at least 50% recycled content, whether from post or pre consumer waste (PET) or recycled textiles and yarns. To achieve the standard, each part of the production stage needs to be certified.
Many of Skopos' fabrics are engineered as antimicrobial products, whether intended for use in hotel, care, cruise or other contract settings. This added benefit means that the soft furnishings in the room are a key defender against viruses and bacteria which can compromise the safety of commercial interiors.
