If I like one of your printed fabrics, can the design I’ve selected be printed onto a different base cloth?
Alternative base cloths are available – please contact us for more information.
Can I have your fabrics in a different colour?
Skopos offer a ‘Bespoke Design’ service. Please email our ‘Specials Team’ to discuss the minimum meterage applicable to the product required.
Do Skopos have any formal quality or environmental accreditation?
Skopos are accredited to ISO 9001.
Are your Fabric images an exact match of the actual Fabric?
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each fabric's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly to digital images, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, and the scanning technique used. Skopos will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. We strongly advise you to order a sample of your chosen fabrics, which you can do via this website or by calling our sales team - free of charge and ordinarily for next working day delivery - so that you may assess the physical sample, prior to ordering.
How do I place an order within the UK?
For the UK we need all orders in writing, either by e-mail to email@example.com or by fax to 01924 454575.
I don’t have an account with you. Can I still place an order?
Yes, you can purchase from us. Our initial terms are first three consecutive orders are on a Pro Forma basis and then a credit account can be applied for. If your order is for a larger value, please contact us to discuss alternative terms.
How do I apply for a credit account?

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday – Friday 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m.
What is your cut-off time for dispatching orders the same day?
Orders placed before 3.30 pm Monday – Thursday and 2.30 pm Friday will be dispatched that day subject to stock availability.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes as long as it is a UK address, please state clearly on your order the full address you wish your order to go to. For overseas delivery please see section below.
What is your delivery charge?
If your order is under £500.00 in value we will charge £15.99 per consignment for deliveries to mainland UK, but if your order is over £500.00 in value it will be free to mainland UK. Export costs are available upon request.
Are your prices on a sliding scale based on meterage?
On our printed collections we work out our prices based upon the volume of fabric being ordered. For details please contact sales on 01924 436666 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have different ‘piece’ prices and roll prices?
No, we sell by the linear metre and in full metres only.
How do I place an order for delivery outside the UK?
For overseas markets, in order that we can deliver the service you require we may have an intermediary that represents us. For details please contact us.
Do you have set prices for made-up products?
No, all our made-up products are bespoke so there is no standard pricing. If you require a price please send all the details by fax or e-mail and we will calculate a price for you.
I need someone to come and measure up for me – is this possible?
Yes, please contact our sales desk and we’ll arrange this for you.
Do you have a fitting service?
Yes, we provide a full make-up and installation service please contact sales.
